Program Coaches The place Rooms 2026 Reserve a spot

03 – 09 May 2027 Canggu, Bali

Sthenics × N-Range

Six days of planche, levers, handstands, splits, flexibility, biomechanics and streetlifting, coached in person by Sthenics, Nevio Roselli and Garrett Kuljian, at a private retreat center tucked away in the middle of ricefields.

Edition II
The retreat, round two

We did it once.
Now we do it better.

After the success of the first edition in February 2026, we are hosting the second retreat in the same location. This time the programming is more practical, the set of skills is wider, and we keep the same mix of hard training and island days that made the first one work.

Mornings are theory and skill work, afternoons are practice with individual feedback, evenings are sauna, ice bath and dinner with people who train like you do. Four coaches are on site for the whole week. Workshops, accommodation, meals and activities are all included.

What you will work on

The program.

Theory first, then hands-on practice with individual feedback. You leave knowing not just how to train a skill, but how to program it for yourself and for the people you coach.

01

Planche

Skilltree, lean progressions, straddle work and the accessory lifts that actually move the needle.

02

Front Lever

From tuck to full: periodization, scapular mechanics and testing standards you can measure progress against.

03

One-Arm Pull-Up

Building the OAP: unilateral loading, assisted progressions and the strength base it demands.

04

HSPU & Handstand

Handstand line work, overhead mobility and the pressing strength behind a clean handstand push-up.

05

Press to Handstand

Compression, pancake and pike capacity turned into a controlled press. This is where mobility and strength meet.

06

Muscle-Up & Streetlifting

Technique work plus weighted pull-up, dip and squat, tested against standards at the end of the week.

07

Splits & Flexibility

Middle split, front split and overhead mobility with Nevio. Anatomy on the whiteboard, then on the floor.

08

Biomechanics

With Garrett: joint mechanics, load tolerance and why positions fail. The reasoning behind every progression.

Theory you can
apply at home.

  • Skill periodization. How to structure blocks for planche, levers and splits, with the Sthenics Method applied step by step.
  • Build a personalized plan. You finish the week with a training plan written for your level, your goals and your schedule.
  • Coaching practice. Cues, spotting and accessory selection, directly usable if you coach clients yourself.
  • Testing & peaking. A full test day with peaking strategy and clear standards, so you go home with numbers to train from.

Good to know

Questions we
got last time.

Anything else, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and one of us will answer.

Do I need to have a planche to join?

No. The retreat is built for dedicated athletes and coaches at different levels, and every skill block starts from your current progression, whether that is a tuck lever or a full one. What it does assume is a consistent training background.

What exactly is included?

Accommodation for the whole week, all meals from the on-site chef, every workshop and training session, access to the recovery area, the off-day excursions, hike and rafting, and return airport transfers on the retreat days. Flights and visa are not included.

How do I get there?

Fly into Denpasar (DPS), Bali's international airport. The retreat center in Canggu is about 45 minutes away, and return transfers on the retreat days, 3 and 9 May, are included in your price. Arriving or leaving on another date? Message us and we will do our best to arrange one for you.

Is this useful for me as a coach?

Yes, and a good part of the room is coaches. The theory blocks cover periodization, programming, biomechanics and coaching cues in enough depth to apply with your own clients, and you spend the week watching four coaches work with a mixed group.

How does payment work?

A $500 deposit secures your place, or $1,000 if you are booking a room for two, and it counts towards your total. Book in 2026 and you can pay the balance in instalments, with everything due by 31 December 2026, or within 14 days if you book in the last fortnight of the year. Book between 1 January and 28 February 2027 and it is half at booking, half by 28 February. From 1 March 2027 the full amount is due at booking. The early bird price needs only the booking to be made by 31 October 2026.

What if I have to cancel?

A cancellation fee applies, worked out on your total price, and we refund anything you have paid above it. Cancel on or before 31 December 2026 and the fee is just the deposit, so everything else comes back. Between 1 January and 28 February 2027 the fee is half the total. From 1 March 2027 it is the full amount. Paying in instalments makes no difference to the fee. You can also pass your place to someone else at no charge up to 30 days before. Full detail is in the booking terms.
