Booking &
cancellation.
These terms apply to the Sthenics × N-Range Bali Retreat, 3 – 9 May 2027, at the Oasis retreat center in Canggu, Bali. Please read them before paying your deposit. Paying it means you accept them.

1. Your place and your deposit
A deposit of USD 500 secures one place. If you are booking a room for two, the deposit is USD 1,000. Your place is confirmed once the deposit has been received and we have sent you a written confirmation.
The deposit is non-refundable. We commit to the venue, the coaching team and the excursions well in advance, and the deposit covers that commitment. It is, however, transferable, see section 5.
The prices shown on the retreat page are early bird prices. To get them you must book by 31 October 2026. You may then pay in instalments, as long as the full amount reaches us by 31 December 2026. From 1 November 2026 the standard prices apply.
2. Paying for your place
What you pay, and when, depends on the date you book. The deposit is not an extra charge: it always counts towards the total.
We invoice each instalment and tell you the due date in writing. You are welcome to pay ahead of schedule at any point.
If a payment is not made by its due date and we have not agreed something else with you in writing, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you and release your room. The cancellation fee in section 3 then applies.
3. If you cancel
Cancellations must be sent to us in writing. A cancellation fee applies, worked out on the total price of your booking and set by the date we receive your cancellation. We refund whatever you have paid above that fee.
Because the fee is worked out on the total price, it makes no difference whether you paid in full or in instalments. If you are mid-instalment and have paid less than the fee, we keep what you have paid and will not invoice you for the difference.
Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. Any transaction or transfer fees are not refundable.
If you leave the retreat early, arrive late, or choose not to take part in sessions or excursions, no refund or partial refund is due.
4. If we cancel
If we cancel the retreat for any reason, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid us, including the deposit. You may instead choose to move the full amount to a future retreat.
Our responsibility is limited to the money you have paid us. We cannot refund flights, accommodation before or after the retreat, visa costs, vaccinations or any other travel expense, which is why we ask you to insure them (section 7).
If circumstances outside our reasonable control make the retreat impossible, such as natural disaster, volcanic activity, epidemic, government restrictions or closure of the venue, we will either move your booking to a new date or refund what you have paid, minus any costs already paid to third parties on your behalf that we cannot recover.
5. Transferring your place
Up to 30 days before the retreat you may pass your place to someone else at no extra charge, as long as they meet the same conditions and accept these terms. You arrange the handover and any money between you; we just need their details in writing.
6. What the price includes
Included: accommodation for the full week in the room type you booked, all meals at the retreat center, every workshop and training session, use of the gym, shala and recovery area, the scheduled excursions, and return airport transfers between Denpasar airport (DPS) and the retreat center on the retreat days, 3 and 9 May 2027.
If you arrive or leave on another date, message us and we will do our best to arrange a transfer for you; any extra cost is yours.
Not included: flights, transfers on any other date unless we agree it with you in writing, visa fees, travel and medical insurance, personal expenses, additional treatments or massages, alcohol, and anything else not listed above.
7. Travel insurance
You must hold travel insurance that covers medical treatment abroad, repatriation and trip cancellation for the dates of the retreat. Physical training carries a risk of injury, and Bali is a long way from home, so please check that your policy covers athletic activity, and keep a copy with you.
8. Health, fitness and taking part
The retreat involves demanding physical training. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for judging what is sensible for your own body. Please tell us about injuries, medical conditions, allergies or dietary needs before you arrive, so we can plan around them.
Coaches may adapt or stop an exercise on safety grounds. We may ask someone to leave, without refund, if their behaviour puts other guests, staff or themselves at risk.
9. Changes to the programme
The published schedule is a plan, not a promise. Weather, venue availability, group level and coach availability can all shift things. We may change the timetable, the order of sessions or an excursion, and reserve the right to substitute a coach of comparable experience. The overall content and length of the retreat will not be materially reduced.
10. Photography
We take photos and video during the retreat and may use them to promote future editions. Tell us at any point if you would rather not appear, and we will keep you out of anything we publish.
11. Questions
Anything unclear, write to us before you book: nevio.roselli@gmail.com, WhatsApp or Telegram.
